Q: Can I only purchase tickets online?

Tickets will be sold online and can be picked up at Will Call. There will also be tickets available at the door.

Q: How much does it cost to camp at the ranch?

RV Plug-ins (Electric Only) are $25/night and tent camping is $15/night. All campsite reservations are due by August 15th, 2017.

Q: Is there parking on-site?

There are designated parking areas available at the ranch for attendees of the event. There are also additional handicapped parking available.

Q: Am I allowed to leave the festival and reenter?

Wristbands are required for reentry.

Q: Will seating be provided?

We encourage you to bring your own chairs as this event takes place outdoors.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed with RV’s camping at A Painted View Ranch. Because of other animals, all dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6’. Please pick up after your pets.

No dogs allowed in the following areas: The Arena (concert area), Chuck Wagon Cook-Off area, The Cantina and any areas where food is being served.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A Painted View Ranch is a tobacco- and drug-free location.

Q: Is there a rain date?

A Painted View Ranch has a world-class, 225 ft. x 110 ft. indoor arena, so this event is rain or shine.

Q: Is there an ATM on-site?

ATMS are located in the town of Westcliffe, just 3 miles away.

Q: Will there be medical services at the festival?

First Aid and AED will be on-site at the ranch. Additionally, local EMS has been notified of the event.

Festival Policies

  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Beer and Wine sales by Chamber of Commerce
  • Alcohol is allowed in designated areas only
  • Glass bottles and fireworks are prohibited.
